This October, Ryan from The Fishes Wishes and I organized a huge sea oat planting with over 40 volunteers in Fort De Soto Park! This was in an area that desperately needed the help after a tropical storm came through and washed away all of the plants. It was amazing to see how many people in our community were eager to come out and make a difference, and we are looking forward to seeing how the area flourishes in the coming months as the sea oats grow! It was an honor to be a part of The Fishes Wishes’ 10-year anniversary celebration.
